The Heart of Networking Leads: Family & Community

When I think about what Networking Leads is at its core, the answer always comes back to family—my family, the Guzmans. From the very beginning, our family didn’t just want to create a business space or a coffeehouse; we wanted to build something that felt like home.
Family has always been at the center of my life. It’s where I’ve learned the importance of hospitality, of sharing stories around a table, and of showing up for one another. Those same values are what shaped Networking Leads. Every decision, every detail, and every event we host is rooted in the simple belief that people thrive when they feel they belong.

And that sense of belonging doesn’t stop at our family—it stretches out into the Tampa Bay community. This city is where we grew up, where we’ve built friendships, and where we’ve been inspired by countless dreamers, doers, and leaders. Tampa Bay has given us so much, and Networking Leads was created to give back: a space where businesses can grow, where ideas can spark, and where neighbors can come together to support one another.
That’s why when you walk into Leads Coffeehouse or step into one of our meeting rooms, you’re not just a customer or a guest—you’re family. We welcome you the same way we would welcome someone into our home: with warmth, with trust, and with genuine excitement to hear your story.

Over the years, I’ve seen how powerful this kind of connection can be right here in Tampa Bay. People come for a meeting, a cup of coffee, or an event—and they leave with friendships, collaborations, and opportunities they never expected. It reminds me daily that networking isn’t just about exchanging cards or making deals; it’s about building relationships that last and strengthening the community we all call home.
And here’s what I love most: the Guzman family may have started Networking Leads, but it’s every single person in Tampa Bay who walks through our doors that keeps growing this family tree. Each conversation, each laugh, and each shared moment adds to the story we’re all writing together.
So if you’re new here, welcome. We’re so glad to have you. Pull up a chair, grab a coffee, and know that you have a place in this family—a family deeply rooted in the heart of Tampa Bay.
